• Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies based on the product and fabric quality. 
 • A small production run is 500 units per style.
 • Every production run takes lots of work to prepare and longer production runs to ensure an optimised effort.

WHAT ARE CHAIIM’S LEAD TIMES?

Lead times vary based on how much product development support you need, material sourcing time, and production quantity.
 • Product development can last 1-3 months, material sourcing 1 week - 2 months (though often sourcing is being done concurrently with development).
 • Production usually takes 3 weeks -2 months after the payment is remitted. So the whole process can range from 2-7 months.

CAN CHAIIM SOURCE SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS?

• Yes! We source from a wide range of fabric mills within India.
 • When manufacturing with CHAIIM, you get a designated Project Manager who works with you to understand your material requirements. 
 • We encourage to get your own sources if not possible we connect you the supplier directly to you for clear and transparency between the client and Chaiim.

CAN CHAIIM GIVE ME A QUOTE FOR MY PRODUCT?

• Yes. When you submit an inquiry with complete required details, our team will send you an initial estimate.
 • However, only after your final sample is complete we will provide you with a final quote.

CAN CHAIIM ONLY SAMPLE PRODUCE AND MANUFACTURING DONE ELSEWHERE?

No, we proceed with the samples only if the production order with us is confirmed and an agreement is duly filled and agreed between client and Chaiim.

 • In Men’s wear: T-shirt, Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Pants, Shorts, Jackets, etc.
 • In Women’s wear: T-shirt, Polo shirts, Sweatshirts, Pants, skirt, Shirt/Blouse, Dresses, Indian wear, etc.
 • In Accessories: Tote bags, eco bags, Pencil Pouches, Cotton Pouches, scrunchies, fabric waist pouches, etc

HOW DOES CHAIIM HANDLE SHIPPING?

• Tie ups with courier companies give the best rates or you could refer and use your own freight forwarder.
 • The freight cost will be conveyed to you once we have a weight detail of the consignment.
 •  Shipping cost to be remitted before the parcel is sent. The cost have a tendency to fluctuate hence a timely answer and remittance helps.
